My hubby bought a car there recently, and the service was superb. Chris Petty was our salesperson and all was done, on time as expected. He even called a few days after the pick up date, to check and see if all was well. Highly recommend!!!
Dropped my Rouge off to be repaired due to MAF sensor causing engine light to be on. Service advisor called and quoted $680 which was labour and parts plus tax which I advised to go ahead with the repair. Received my invoice and it was $873 plus tax. When I called to get some clarity she advised that she did not include diagnostic charges when she spoke with me. Diagnostic charges are classified as labour so not sure why they would not be included in the quote. I would not have went with the repair if I knew it would be that much money. Disappointed the true pricing was not provided. Also super surprised a sensor cost so much to replace it’s an easy fix shouldn’t cost $1000!
I purchased an extended warranty on my vehicle that I bought from Newmarket Nissan and when I call Lindsay to book an appointment they're extremely rude, unhelpful and basically tell me they'll charge me anyway. Great customer service guys! Yuck.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Brett and the service at Economy Wheels. My sunroof was having issues and he went above and beyond to fix it for me. Service has always been their number one priority. They have proven this to be true! Thank you, Brett and the staff!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Economy Wheels and they service my vehicles also. My Frontier was hit while parked on the road and required a new rear bumper. After a few months it was covered in rust. I took it back to the body shop and was told that it had a ding on it, nowhere near the rust and therefore Nissan would not stand behind their product and remedy the situation. I didn't even notice any dings on the bumper until it was pointed out to me and I don't even care about that, it is the rust that is the issue. Very poor customer service and I will no longer be purchasing anything from them if this is not resolved.
