Katrina is the best and loves every animal she touches. My mom always took her Golden Retriever to Katrina. Recently my mom took her aging dog to Katrina to be groomed even though he was having mobility issues and was being monitored. Katrina cared so much about the dog and my mom's relationship with him, that she asked us to keep her updated. He continued to decline and a short time after grooming him he started to decline and we took him to the vet and ultimately had to put him down. I let Katrina know and she was so upset and crying on the phone. She insisted she would not cash my mom's cheque even though I insisted. She is not all about your money. She runs a caring and compassionate business. I highly recommend her.
Took my 2 dogs for the first time today, a shih tzu and a shorkipoo and they did the most amazing job! Both my little girls look awesome and fresh! I will 100% be taking them back there! It was also very easy to book with them and they accommodated my scheduling needs perfectly! Also to note, did full grooms on both pups in under 4 hours!
Bailey had some seasonal skin itching due to allergies, and I thought a grooming appointment would not only feel nice for her, but maybe help the issue overall. (It has!) Jessica was the only groomer that was willing to even TRY working with my dog after I mentioned the word “muzzle”. Despite being a sweet dog once she knows you, she is scared and unpredictable with strangers. It makes new experiences anxiety-inducing for both of us. After initial success, I decided to make her grooming visits a routine occurrence. She’s been back several times now, and Jessica has gained her trust to the point where she doesn’t need to be muzzled for most of her appointment. I can’t put into words how heartwarming it is to see how Bailey has changed since the first appointment. As a dog with big “stranger danger” issues, I will never be able to thank Jessica enough for giving us a chance. Bailey is a happier and softer dog for it. She has a client for life in me. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
Today I took my Lab puppy to Ruff Cuts for his very first groom with Jess! I have a very hyper puppy so I was a little nervous but that was no obstacle for Jess. I left with a very fluffy and happy dog. Thank you for the great service!
At Ruff Cuts, My stella girl (Rotti), comes out squeaky clean, and lot less hair, and beautiful nail trims so we don't hear the clicky click sounds, Stella is always happy to see her groomer Jessica Price at ruff cuts I highly recommend her to anyone! Jenna.W
Have come here for months..always great service...today felt rushed thru an my pup just didnt get the normal service..was very rushed an not quality.. Hope it's better next visit...being honest..
We had taken our dog to ruff cuts for years and never had a problem until our last visit. Our dog is very excitable and does not enjoy going in the car. Once he arrives at our destination it usually takes him 20 to 30 minutes to calm down. The previous owners knew this and always allowed him time to adjust. I dropped him off and headed home. I barely made it in the door, a 5 minute drive, when ruff cuts called refusing to groom him. They stated he was too hyper and was showing signs of severe anxiety. They said they would not groom him unless we took him to the vet and had him medicated first. I was shocked to say the least. In over 10 years of dealing with them there had never been a problem and he always acted the same way. I spoke to the vet and they refused to medicate our dog as there is nothing wrong with him. It became obvious ruff cuts just did not want to have him at their place of business. We found another groomer who is thrilled to have him and understands that he just needs time to adjust after the car ride. I would not recommend ruff cuts as they now lack the compassion and understanding needed by our very active 12 year old dog.
