Please create a website, this is 2025. Customers like to educate themselves and know what they're going in to purchase prior to going into a store. I shouldn't have to use Facebook to get more information on your store. Please get with the times.
Great customer service. They didn't have the cat food I needed but they ordered it for me and said just to let them know when I need it and they'll order ahead of time.
I've gone in here twice for pet food and the staff have been on their cell phones each time. Wasn't even acknowledged and was basically grunted at when I asked for help. The one in Peterborough at the Portage Place Mall is so much better, and the staff is very friendly.
Ridiculous COVID measures. I can't wear a mask and was told by the staff they couldn't leave their desk to help me with product in the store. I guess some plexiglass stops the spread of the virus. Insane. We left without purchasing anything and will not be back.
Best Service!!Really listens to any problems you have and do a great job of helping a client. Wonderful help with dogs with allergies. Thanks to all there hard work we found the right food. One very happy customer!!
I phoned the Lindsay store for product information on the Raw dog food diet. Even though they were busy with customers I was given excellent service and advice. No question was left unanswered. The young lady was professional and certainly knows her products! I went into the store later and was surprised at the amount of raw and natural foods Lindsay Global Pet carry. Finally somebody who understands the raw diet and doesn't push factory made kibble! Plus she actually knew what a North Carolina Plott hound breed is!! A first for this area. I can not say the same for the staff at Pet Value. I had called both Lindsay and the Bobcaygeon store where the staff couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Lindsay gave me a quick NO and the Caygeon store were not much better, at least they gave me a brand name...but no advice or reason to ever shop in a PET VALUE!
