I bought my first new truck here. when I purchased it they the sales department sold me a lifetime rust protection that was supposed to be the best protection around. I did my due diligence every year to have it inspected. I brought up concerns on for years about rusted areas. Every time they gave me the same answer and said it can’t go for in for repairs until there is an actual rust hole. Now that there is rust holes the warranty would only covers my outer rocker panels but to fix them they asked me to pocket over $4000 to replace the inner panels My truck now is so rotted out it will cost we’ll over $15000 in repairs I went in to speak to the sales manager and he took me outside to have look and said his service manager would get in touch. All the service manager did was try to send me to mitsubishi dealer and peterborough to get a cheaper quote and get rid of me! I’ve called several times left several massages with no reply’s! I would never buy or service any vehicle at this place all they do is take your hard earned money lie to you and pass you on to another vehicle manufacturer! WTf
Big ups to Tony and the service crew at Lindsay Buick GMC. Got my car dropped in their laps after a situation came up at another shop over the weekend that only a dealer could fix. They were short staffed and had people clamoring for winter tires and other service. They squeezed me in recognizing I was from out of town and marooned out here for days, missing work and other factors that meant I needed to be home ASAP. Appreciate the quick, clever solution and for their kindness and respect through a very tense, unforeseen circumstance. Real pros here, great people, highly recommend.

Took my truck to Lindsay Buick Gmc for an oil change and detail. The first time I had the detail I wasn’t filled with the outcome called them with no problems. They took it back and they made sure they did it again right so you might run in some trouble but they will take care of you in the end thank you again

I recently purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali. Matt St. Croix was the gentleman that helped me. He was fantastic! Whatever I needed, he was there. There was some challenges with the government safety system being down so I wasn’t able to get my truck on pick up day. Matt was kind enough to loan me his truck for the night! I highly recommend Matt!! Lindsay Buick / GMC provide amazing Customer service. I recently purchased a 2018 Silverado and had some warning lights come on (warranty repair). Luke Avery at Lindsay Buick/ GMC set me up with a rental immediately and was able to get my truck fixed & back to me in less than 24 hours. This far exceeds my previous experience with a warranty repair with a ford vehicle (took 6 months). I can't even begin to describe how appreciative I am of Luke and the team! Thanks Again!!
