I was pleasantly surprised at changes to Lindsay Dodge service I have not needed their assistance for a couple of years. The fact that I knew the expected cost of my recent service ahead of time was excellent and they stuck to it. The staff were courteous and polite and the work done was clearly explained on my invoice. The computerized process was.up to date.

Service department was very welcoming and friendly. Offered prompt attention to my requests when I arrived and completed my oil change quickly and at a very reasonable price. Waiting area was clean and comfortable with an offer to provide coffee and good conversation while I waited for my van. I highly recommend Lindsay Dodge Chrysler and on will be returning for future service on my Grand Caravan. Hats off to the new management for putting top priority on customer service!
