I went in for a couple of small items for my desk ornament bowl, they helped me pick out the appropriate snails and plants. Great attentive service coupled with knowledge.
Why is this place even open? I'm seeing good reviews? What is going on? I've posted photos of a visit last week. Animals kept in overcrowded containers to start. The rabbits broke my heart. That enclosure is completely inappropriate for the amount of rabbits (and their babies!) and their well-being. And wire rack floor bottom? The rabbits look unhealthy and not cared for. Check the pics I included. Gerbil with a damaged tail. Any vet checks on these animals? Wondering if they make their money with sympathy buys. People see how horrible it is and buy the animal to get it out of there.
This store has so much and best part guy actually answers qwestions politely. For a small town this store is so cool i give big props for them doing so much. Dont get me started on the dog literally employe of the month. He walks you threw the store and back out lol
I would never order from this store! They don’t insure their packages. So if it gets lost or destroyed during delivery I get screwed out of my money. ? very unhappy.
You’ll only get the best from Phil. Plain and simple. Great spot no matter what you’re looking for and price’s are more than competitive! Phil and Jules are always a fountain of knowledge if you’re just starting out and trying to understand the best way to take care of your pet and/or equipment. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Absolutely love this place ! Such great people and they have pretty much anything you need. I love to see them constantly taking care of the reptiles and fish that they have when i visit, new go to pet store for my turtles !!
Purchased 15 silkworms from here. Not one died. I don’t even like getting hornworms from Petsmart anymore because the trip home becomes a battle royale. I really wish you were closer as I would stop all purchasing at Petsmart locations for my feeder insects. Beautiful store, wonderfully friendly staff.
